Please pay within 48 hours of booking using your booking reference as the payment reference so we know which booking to assign the payment to. If for any reason you're unable to pay within 48 hours, reach out to one of the orga team and we should be able to reserve the slot until you are able to pay. Once you've completed the booking process on this site, you'll receive an email with BACS details. Please also read the payment FAQs.
Meals (where applicable) include:
Saturday cooked breakfast.
Saturday eve full BBQ & sides etc
Sunday cooked breakfast.
Sunday evening light BBQ.
Monday morning leftovers!
Soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc throughout the weekend.
And of course...cake!
Dietary Requirements
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please add notes in the "Dietary Requirements" box. Try and be as precise as possible as to what you'd like us to provide (e.g. if you're vegetarian and particularly like one brand of burger/sausage, let us know and we'll make sure we add it to the menu).
Please also note the number of members in your booking to whom this requirement applies (if you don't we'll assume this requirement applies to all members of your booking and will prepare the meals accordingly).
Menu
The Saturday evening BBQ will include sausages, burgers (inc veggie), halloumi skewers, salads & slaws, couscous, rice, sides, condiments and so on. Rest assured, there'll be plenty for a second plate!
Breakfasts will consist of bacon, eggs, beans, bread and drinks (orange/apple juice, tea, coffee).
Friday's takeaway will most likely be from a local fish & chip shop and will be arranged closer to the date (cost not included, so bring some cash!)
There will also be snacks, soft-drinks including tea, coffee, cola, juice etc throughout the weekend (plus cake!).
Please bring your own alcoholic drinks.

Please note that this year we have exclusive use of the entire site until Monday midday, which gives us the opportunity to enjoy an extra day and chill on the Sunday!
There will be electricity available for charging etc in the communal area, but if you need a specific electric hook-up for your camping unit, there is an additional fee of £10 per night payable on site.
Campsite Rules
- Dogs need to be well behaved and/or on a lead.
- Fires need to be raised from the ground (e.g. fire-pit).
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- Electricity is available for all to use in the communal area for phone charging etc.
